A Little Backstory

As an online store in the modern age, there is a lot of competition out there, and a lot of different people telling you that they can help you beat that competition for a price. Unfortunately, not all agencies are created equal, and so when this furniture client came to us from another agency, let’s just say it was a little difficult to work out what had been before we arrived.

Titles were spelled incorrectly, content was nearly nonexistent, and given that Google had recently updated their algorithm, their rankings were starting to suffer. So, when the campaign started, we decided it would be best to start from scratch and build up the site from its foundations.

The Results

It didn’t take long for the site to start seeing enormous improvements based on a mix of on-page SEO, local SEO, technical fixes, content updates, and link building. From the work that Trafficon has done, the site is several times stronger than when it started, sitting at over 2200 keywords as of December 2023. Plus, with several of their major high-volume keywords now in the top 10, the site is seeing more relevant visitors and customers than ever before:

One of the major pages that the client wished to rank for was “cloud sofa”, and as you can see, we certainly hit the mark, getting cloud couch into the top 3, with several variants within the top 10.
